Here I come with one more combination of green tea. It is prepared with freshly grated amla, raw turmeric, ginger, pepper and cinnamon. It is nutrition-packed green tea, very refreshing. For the entire winter, I consumed this preparation as my morning tea. It boosts immunity and could even see positive changes in my skin.

2 and 1/2 water
1 piece Amla
1 small size raw turmeric
1 small size ginger
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
How to make green tea?
Take 2 and 1/2 cup water in the pot.
Grate amla, raw turmeric, ginger into it.
Note: If fresh amla and turmeric are not available, you can use its powder form.
Next, add pepper powder and cinnamon powder.
Note: It’s better that you powder them fresh using mortar and pestle.
Put the pot onto the low flame and bring the water to boil.
Once it boils, let it simmer for more 5 minutes at the low flame.
Then turn off the flame and let it cool for 1 minute.
Note: For extracting the proper benefits of green, it is important to add green tea at around 80-85°C.
Add 1 tbsp green tea into it, cover the pot and let it steep for 3-4 minutes.
Strain and enjoy a refreshing, nutritional Amla Turmeric Green tea.
Note: If you like, you can squeeze a lemon and drizzle honey into it.
