Oats Chocolate muffins
Want to indulge in something sweet? Then these oats chocolate muffins made with the mixture of oats and wheat flour turned out superbly delicious. My kid loved it. Made with no preservatives or any other unhealthy ingredients, it is way better than readily available market muffins. Not so sweet and chocolaty, it is ideal for kids.

Ingredients
1 cup oats flour
1 cup wheat flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp salt(add pinch of salt or no salt if using salted butter)
1/3 cup unsalted butter(you can also replace with salted butter)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 whole eggs
1/4 cup milk
3 drops vanilla extract.
Preparation method
Take a bowl, add butter and sugar to it and beat lightly with a spatula.

Then add whole eggs to it and beat them all altogether with electric blender or beater till it gets even and fluffy.

Put the mixture aside and prepare dry mixture.

Take oats and wheat flour into a bowl. Add cocoa powder, baking powder, cinnamon powder, salt to it and give a toss to make a uniform mixture.
Then gradually add the above flour mixture into the egg solution with continuous mixing using cut and fold technique.
If it gets difficult to fold flour into the mixture, add milk to make easy mixing. Milk quantity may vary, so add as per requirement.
The mixture should be of paste-like consistency semi-liquid type and not liquid type.

Lastly, add few drops of vanilla extract and mix it.
Transfer the mixture into a greased molds and placed the entire mold plate into the preheated oven.

Bake it at 180° for 25 minutes or till the knife comes clear on inserting. Baking time may vary from oven to oven, so checking through knife method is best.

Serve hot and freshly baked muffins to your kids. They will love it.
