Grilled Paneer and Vegetables.
A tasty and off course healthy grilled paneer and vegetables are prepared in curd based marination. The marination is loaded with spices, ginger garlic paste, and fresh coriander. Coating well with marination and then grilling till charred gives paneer and vegetables a unique flavor. It resembles the taste of restaurant available Tandoori Paneer. It is spicy and mouth-licking recipe. Good and easy starter to serve your guests.

Serves: 2

Ingredients:
200 grams or 9-10 pieces cottage cheese.
2/3 cup red bell pepper
2/3 cup yellow bell pepper
2/3 cup green bell pepper
3 baby corn
6-7 florets of cauliflower
1 tbsp Bengal gram flour
1+1/2 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tbsp Kasturi Methi (dried fenugreek)
1/2 cup chopped coriander
1 cup curd
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste (small piece ginger+8-9 cloves of garlic)
1 tsp carom seeds
1 tsp Garam masala
1tsp Amchur powder (dried mango powder)
1 tbsp of oil.
Salt to taste
Preparation method:
Cut Cottage cheese in to equal pieces. Sprinkle some salt, chili powder on it, toss them lightly and put it aside till you prepare marination.
Chop all vegetables into dices and put it aside.

For marination, take a large bowl, add curd, ginger-garlic paste, bengal gram flour, chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, Kasturi Methi, garam masala, carom seeds, chopped coriander, Amchur powder, oil and salt to taste to it.
Whisk it properly to get a lump-free mixture.
Transfer chopped Paneer(cottage cheese), vegetables into the marination mixture and toss them such that they take marination well.

Let it rest for 10-15 minutes and insert Paneer and vegetables to the soaked skewers.

Place oil in a pan and transfer Paneer and vegetable inserted skewers to the pan (You can use grilled pan or normal pan to grill it).
Cook and turn the skewers to get charred and grilled from all sides.
Enjoy hot grilled vegetables and Paneer with green chutney.
