Fruit Flavored Green Tea

This fruit flavored green tea is refreshing, fruity and healthy than any other flavored tea available in the market. Ready-made flavored tea claimed to be healthy in the name of natural flavoring addition but the fact is natural flavors too are extracted after processing. So instead of falling into any kind of gimmick, infuse your green tea with fresh fruits and reap the benefits of each fruits.

Blueberry Green Tea

Ingredients:
6-7 blueberries
2 and 1/2 cup drinking water
1 teaspoon green tea/1 tea bag
Strawberry Green Tea

Ingredients:
2-3 strawberries
2 and 1/2 cup drinking water
1 teaspoon green tea/1 tea bag
Mulberry Green Tea

Ingredients:
8-9 Mulberries
2 and 1/2 cup drinking water
1 teaspoon green tea/1 tea bag
Preparation Method:
Take a tea pot with water and grate respective fruit in it.
Put on the flame and bring it to boil. Once it starts bubbling, let it simmer for extra 2-3 minutes.
Turn off the flame and let the infusion cool for 2 minutes till the temperature goes down to around 80-85˚C.
Add 1 teaspoon of green tea or 1 tea bag, cover the pot with lid and let it steep for 2-3 minutes.
After steeping period, strain it and enjoy warm, soothing fruit flavored green tea. Squeeze lemon, if you like it.
