Easy Italian Bruschetta recipe

In an authentic style, Bruschetta is prepared by rubbing garlic on the grilled bread. But I have prepared this recipe in a different way. On top of that, I have used fresh homemade bread and lots of vegetables for making this easy Bruschetta recipe. You can also use market-ready baguette bread.

For Bruschetta toppings

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes

7-8 cherry tomatoes

1/3 cup green bell pepper

1/3 cup red bell pepper

1/3 cup yellow bell pepper

1/4 cup yellow Zucchini

1/4 cup green zucchini

 6-7 garlic cloves

3 teaspoon of olive oil

1 teaspoon chili flakes

1 teaspoon of Italian mix

Pepper as per your taste

Salt as per your taste

Preparation method:

Put 3 teaspoons of olive oil into a Pan. Once it gets hot, add chopped garlic and chili flakes to it. Stir it continuously, so that garlic doesn’t get burn.

Then add herbs(Oregano, Thyme, Rosemary mix) and sauté it

Add all vegetables, salt to taste and stir it well. Let it cook for 5 minutes or till the veggies get a little bit soft and comes together. 

Add, pepper powder and salt as per your taste.


Now take 3-4 pieces of bread and dry roast it on the pan till it gets light brown spots and crunchy.


Put the vegetable mixture on it, drizzle olive oil on it as per your taste and enjoy.
