Black Chana Rice/Chickpeas Rice.
A super healthy, yet scrumptious this black chana rice has become one of my favourite dishes. It was suggested by a friend and it was worth trying. A very simple recipe but tempting.
It is made with boiled black chana, rice, vegetables and Indian spices. I have used only bell peppers and carrots, but you can add any vegetables as per your taste.
The preparation is spicy, hence it goes well with curd or raita.
